Pilot enquiry privacy notice

When you enquire about a resort pilot, we collect your name, work email, resort or organisation, country and any message you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information about guests.

We use these details to assess and respond to your enquiry. The enquiry is emailed to the Ski Intelligence team, Nick and Ana, at their Windhill email addresses. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this form.

The website and enquiry service run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to help prevent spam and abuse. Our email provider processes the enquiry so the team can respond. Google Fonts serves the website’s typography and receives the normal browser requests needed to load those font files.

Enquiries remain in our business email correspondence while needed to handle the conversation. To ask about your information, request a correction or ask us to delete it, contact nick@skiintelligence.com.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website. The mountain conversation shown on the homepage is an illustrative example and does not collect chat messages.
